Where your booking constitutes a package or linked travel arrangement, additional rights and protections may apply under applicable UK travel legislation.

2. Making a Booking

A booking is made when you submit your booking request, we accept it and we issue you with a booking confirmation or invoice.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to make the booking on behalf of everyone named on it. The lead passenger is responsible for ensuring that all travellers are aware of and comply with these Terms.

You must check your booking confirmation and other travel documents carefully as soon as you receive them. You must notify us promptly if any information is incorrect.

Names supplied to us must match the names shown on the relevant travellers' passports or other required travel documents. Charges may apply if names or other booking details need to be changed.

3. Prices

The price of your holiday will be confirmed when your booking is accepted.

The booking confirmation will specify what is included in your holiday price. Unless expressly stated otherwise, additional expenses such as local tourist taxes, resort charges, meals, drinks, equipment hire, lift passes, ski lessons, baggage charges, transfers and insurance are not included.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or administrative errors before a booking is confirmed.

Where permitted by applicable law, the price of a confirmed booking may be changed in certain circumstances, including changes to taxes, fees, transport costs or exchange rates. Where statutory restrictions apply to such changes, we will comply with them.

6. Changes Requested by You

If you wish to change your booking after it has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate reasonable changes but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

You will be responsible for any additional costs charged by airlines, accommodation providers or other suppliers, together with any applicable administration fee.

Some travel arrangements are non-changeable or non-refundable once booked.

Where applicable law gives you the right to transfer a package booking to another traveller, we will process the transfer subject to the relevant legal requirements and payment of the actual costs arising from the transfer.

8. Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for losses caused by extraordinary or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control where applicable law permits this.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, avalanche risk, natural disasters, war, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes, epidemics or pandemics, government action, border closures, significant transport disruption, airport closures and other events that could not reasonably have been avoided.

Your statutory rights, including rights arising under applicable package travel legislation, are not excluded by this section.

9. Snow and Weather Conditions

Snow sports holidays are dependent on natural and operational conditions that cannot be guaranteed.

We cannot guarantee snowfall, snow quality, weather conditions, the operation of particular ski lifts, pistes or ski areas, or access to particular parts of a resort.

Lift systems, pistes and other resort facilities may be closed or restricted because of weather, avalanche risk, safety considerations, maintenance or decisions made by resort operators or local authorities.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly included as part of a contractual commitment, poor snow conditions or the closure of individual lifts or pistes will not normally entitle you to cancel your booking or receive compensation from us.

10. Accommodation

Accommodation descriptions are based on information supplied by accommodation providers and information reasonably available to us.

Star ratings and accommodation classifications may differ between countries and resorts and should be treated as a general indication of the standard provided.

Check-in and check-out times are determined by individual accommodation providers.

You are responsible for any damage caused deliberately or negligently by you or members of your party and may be required to pay the accommodation provider directly for such damage.

11. Flights and Transport

Flight times and transport schedules may change between booking and departure.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, timings provided before final travel documents are issued should be treated as provisional.

Airlines and other transport providers operate under their own conditions of carriage, which may form part of your contract for the relevant service.

Where flights are included in your booking, information concerning the operating airline will be provided in accordance with applicable requirements.

12. Transfers

Where transfers are included in your booking, you must follow the joining instructions supplied to you.

Transfers may be shared with other passengers and may involve waiting periods, multiple resort stops or vehicle changes.

Weather, traffic, road closures and other circumstances can affect transfer times, particularly in mountain regions.

You must provide accurate flight and travel information where this is required to arrange your transfer.

13. Skiing, Snowboarding and Other Activities

Skiing, snowboarding and other mountain activities involve inherent risks.

You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate to your experience, physical condition and ability and for following instructions provided by instructors, guides, resort operators and local authorities.

We strongly recommend the use of appropriate safety equipment, including helmets where appropriate.

You should familiarise yourself with local piste rules, safety guidance and avalanche warnings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Ski Equipment, Lessons and Lift Passes

Where we arrange equipment hire, ski or snowboard lessons, lift passes or other resort services, those services may be supplied by independent third parties.

Their own terms and conditions may apply in addition to these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate information concerning matters such as age, height, weight, shoe size and skiing or snowboarding ability where required.

Lost, stolen or damaged equipment and lift passes may be subject to charges imposed by the relevant supplier.

15. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you and everyone in your party have valid passports and any visas, permits, authorisations or other documents required for your journey.

You are also responsible for complying with applicable immigration, customs and entry requirements.

Requirements can change, and you should check current official guidance sufficiently in advance of travel.

We are not responsible for your inability to travel because you have failed to obtain the correct documentation, except where the failure results from incorrect information we were legally required to provide.

16. Health Requirements

You are responsible for checking any health requirements applicable to your destination and ensuring that you are medically fit to participate in your planned activities.

If you have reduced mobility, a disability, medical condition or other requirement that may affect your holiday, please tell us before booking so that we can assess whether relevant arrangements can reasonably be made.

17. Travel Insurance

Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be a condition of booking certain holidays.

Your policy should provide appropriate cover for the activities you intend to undertake and, where relevant, include winter sports, piste and off-piste activities, emergency medical treatment, mountain rescue, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment, baggage and personal liability.

You are responsible for checking that your insurance provides adequate cover for your circumstances and planned activities.
